90 days Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer’s warrantee is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair any defective product at our option, providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased from us, we will refund your purchase money minus the shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee. Because of the deep discounts we offer, we unfortunately have to charge the 25% restocking fee to cover losses associated with returns. Please contact us, within 30 days of receipt of your package(s), for an Return Material Authorization number for your return. Unfortunately, due to company policy, any package without a RMA# will not be accepted or sent back to the customer. The RMA# must be included outside and inside the return package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item back to us, unless we made a mistake in your order. This 30 Days Money Back Guarantee does not apply to our Spy and Cameras Products. Please see below for Spy and Cameras Products' terms.
Spy and Cameras Products
Due the nature of these products, returns will not be accepted unless we sent the wrong item or the product is found to be defective and a replacement is not available.
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in obviously used condition.
Special exceptions may be made on a case to case basis determined by us. In these cases, returns are subjects to a 35% restocking fee and items must be returned within 5 days of receipt of products. Shipping cost will be deducted. Please contact us for an Return Material Authorization number for your return. Unfortunately, due to company policy, any package without a RMA# will not be accepted or sent back to the customer. The RMA# must be included outside and inside the return package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item back to us, unless we made a mistake in your order.
Hidden cameras are special order items. They are built to order. Please allow up to 3 business days for a hidden camera order to ship.
Shipping
We do our best to ship within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) from the time an order is placed. If the shipment of your order is delayed over that period of time, we will notify you.
Any order totaling $100 or more will ship free through UPS ground or US mail. Free shipping is limited to the lower 48 US states. Other shipping options are available for you to choose from. All shipped order will be provided a tracking number so you can track your package(s). I you sign up for an account, you can track the status of your order on your account management page. Emails are also regularly sent out to update you on order status, whether you have an account or not.
International orders
Except for Canada, there is a minimum of $3000 for international orders. Any international order below $3000 will be cancelled. Also the international shipping and handling fees are just an approximation. The actual shipping charge may differ (mostly higher) and will be applied to the order. You will be notified if the actual shipping charge is different from the one on your invoice.
Except for Canada, we can not ship any order outside the country without a shipping (or export) license. We have to apply for a shipping license for every international order. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to get the shipping license. We can not ship your order until we get that shipping license.
